Exchange or Return of Goods

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Delivery times depend on your location:

    • Local (Gujarat): 2–4 business days

    • Regional (Western India – Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra): 4–6 business days

    • National (Other states): 5–8 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders under ₹300:

    • Local: ₹40

    • Regional: ₹60

    • National: ₹80

  • Orders ₹300 or more: Free shipping automatically applied at checkout

  • GST is applicable on shipping charges where required

Can I track my order?

  • Yes! You can track your order directly on our website via the “Track Your Order” page.

  • Enter your order number and email address to see the latest status.

  • You will also receive tracking updates via email once your order is shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

  • Changes may not be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

What happens if my item is damaged or defective?
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@homenation.in.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my order?
  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
  • To cancel, contact support@homenation.in immediately.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
