1. Returns Period
- You can request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or software products
- Health and personal care items where hygiene is affected
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Items showing obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar products
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns made after 7 days of delivery
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Free Shipping & Return Shipping
- Returns for damaged or defective products will be collected at no extra charge.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where HomeNation.in made an error.
7. Refunds on Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
- If not marked as a gift, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.
