At HomeNation.in, we strive to provide you with a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and our cancellation policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return request after delivery as per our [Return & Refund Policy].
- To cancel an order, please log in to your account and select the order you wish to cancel, or contact our support team at support@homenation.in with your order details.
Order Cancellation by HomeNation.in
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Incorrect pricing or information listed due to technical error.
- Payment issues not resolved by the customer.
- Orders not complying with our Terms & Conditions.
In such cases, if payment has already been made, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refund on Cancellation
- For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, no charges will be applied if cancelled before dispatch.
How to Request a Cancellation
- Log in to your HomeNation account → Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Cancel.
- Or email us at support@homenation.in with your Order ID.
