At HomeNation, we take pride in offering high-quality products designed to serve you reliably for years. Every product that comes with a warranty (6 months, 1 year, or 2 years) is covered under the following standard warranty terms and conditions, in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.


1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues arising under normal household use during the applicable warranty period.
The warranty begins from the date of purchase, as indicated on the original invoice or order confirmation.

The warranty includes:

  • Defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
  • Malfunctioning of electrical or mechanical parts due to manufacturing faults.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, accident, fire, liquid spillage, or physical breakage.
  • Damage caused by power fluctuations, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or rusting.
  • Consumable parts such as blades, brushes, filters, or other accessories unless defective from new.
  • Any damage caused during transit by the customer.

HomeNation reserves the right to reject any claim found to be due to customer misuse, tampering, or improper handling.


3. Warranty Claim Process

If you face any issue with your product during the warranty period:

  1. Contact our customer support team by email at support@homenation.in or call +91 63538 05659.
  2. Inform us about the problem and provide your order details, purchase invoice, and product photos/videos if required.
  3. Our team will assess your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Product Inspection & Service Procedure

Once your claim is approved for inspection:

  • The customer must ship the product to the following address at their own expense: HomeNation Service Center
    B-108, Opera Palace, Gan Devi Road,
    Itavla, Navsari, Gujarat – 396445
  • After we receive the product, our technicians will inspect and test it.
  • If a genuine manufacturing defect is found, HomeNation will either:
    • Repair the product and send it back, or
    • Replace it with a new unit of the same model (or an equivalent model, if discontinued).

In both cases, HomeNation will bear the return shipping cost to the customer.

If no fault is found or the issue is outside warranty coverage, the customer will be notified, and the item will be returned at their expense.


5. Replacement & Warranty Continuation

  • Replaced or repaired products continue under the original warranty period; it does not restart from the date of replacement.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability.
  • HomeNation’s decision regarding repair, replacement, or rejection of a claim will be final.

6. Limitation of Liability

HomeNation’s liability is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the defective product under these terms.
The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of time, data, or profits resulting from product malfunction or downtime.


7. Important Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Customers must retain their original purchase invoice for all warranty claims.
  • HomeNation reserves the right to modify or update these warranty terms without prior notice.
