At HomeNation.in, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or request a refund as per the guidelines below.

1. Returns Period

  • You can request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or software products
  • Health and personal care items where hygiene is affected

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar products
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns made after 7 days of delivery

4. Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if defective or damaged.
  • To exchange, email us at support@homenation.in and send the product to:

  • Exchanges for non-defective items are not available.

6. Free Shipping & Return Shipping

  • Returns for damaged or defective products will be collected at no extra charge.
  • For all other returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where HomeNation.in made an error.

7. Refunds on Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.
